Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Patchogue, NY is seeking part-time hourly Autism Aides to support pediatric therapy across Suffolk County. You will work under BCBA guidance to deliver ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with special needs, or are currently enrolled in relevant studies, plus training through Achieve Beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working with special needs children in a supervised setting.
• Completion of or current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate/graduate program.
• ABA experience preferred and 20-hour Achieve Beyond training with competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with state and federal regulations.
