Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly autism aides to support ABA services in cases across Manhattan. You will provide direct ABA instruction, collaborate with BCBA and therapy teams, and share progress with families, offering home-based strategies.

The role requires 2+ years working with special needs children, AB A experience preferred, and completion of our 20-hour training with competency. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with special needs children in supervised setting.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Completion of 20-hour training and competency exam.
• Comfort working in home-based settings.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per plan by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists in team meetings.
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs and at-home resources.
• Collect daily data and update the child's program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal laws.
