Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Autism Aides to provide direct ABA instruction across Suffolk County, NY. You will work with BCBA supervision, gather daily data, and share home strategies with families to promote consistent progress.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and dedication to high-quality service in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Experience using ABA preferred.
• Successful completion of 20 hour classroom training provided by Achieve Beyond and passing grade on competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members with debriefs and resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
