Job summary

Hampton by Hilton in Jamestown is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage registrations and reservations, and assist with payments and room assignments.

Like to travel? Would you like generous hotel discounts all over the world? We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Front Desk/Guest Service Agent to perform in a pleasant and professional manner a combination of duties including, but not limited to;

• Handling guest service registration/reservations
• Assisting with room inventory and availability
• Interacting and greeting guests via telephone and in-person
• Assisting with making reservations as needed
• Processing payments, and assigning keys.

Must be able to navigate a computer and be able to work weekends and holidays.
