Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Norwood, MA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver person-centered care in a warm, home-like environment.

You will assist residents with daily activities, document care, and support meaningful social engagement. Part-time shifts include 7a–3p and 3p–11p, with every other weekend. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
