Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture and fixtures; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and glass surfaces in interiors.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies daily.
• Report potential maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily.
