Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift on a part-time basis. The role involves performing a variety of custodial tasks across office spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking restrooms.

You will follow established standards and report any maintenance issues to supervision. The position requires reliability, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail and a pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills, interior/exterior glass, and doors; maintain cleanliness of bathrooms.
• Restock paper supplies and report any building maintenance issues.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners as required.
