Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a full-time cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a variety of custodial tasks in our facilities. The role involves cleaning floors, windows, bathrooms, and common areas, with strict adherence to established standards.

Training will be provided, and a supportive team environment is offered. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and high energy.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces in buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; perform spot cleaning and shampooing.
• Clean windowsills, glass, and interior/exterior doors.
• Restock bathrooms and maintain cleanliness.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Handle building waste collection and liners.
• Sweep snow from entrances and walkways as directed.
• Perform high dusting and periodic finishes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
