Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an on-call, part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift. You will perform a variety of custodial duties in compliance with our standards, including floor care, window/wall cleaning, restroom stocking, and trash disposal.

The role requires the ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of energy and attention to detail while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; daily spot cleaning and rug shampooing.
• Dust furniture, exhibit cases, and other surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and glass in interior doors and partitions.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies daily.
• Report defects like clogged urinals and lights out to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily and replace liners.
