Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) is seeking a Part-Time 21st CCLC Site Supervisor at Granger Middle School in Granger, WA. Approximately 17 hours per week, with duties including developing after-school activities and coordinating the 21st CCLC program.

You will oversee program elements, ensure grant compliance, support parent involvement, and mentor staff while participating in meetings and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or comparable experience of at least four years in program management/service delivery in education or social services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education and completion of State Teacher Certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates creation of educational and recreational activities for after-school youth.
• Coordinates all local program elements for the 21st CCLC program at the site.
• Ensures 21st CCLC goals meet contract and grant expectations.
• Creates programs to boost reading and math achievement.
• Coordinates with Parent Instructors and Community Educators to increase parent involvement.
• Assists Advisory Committee to establish guidelines and procedures.
• Plans and facilitates Advisory Committee meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Participates in staff development and training.
• Attends meetings as directed by program management.
• Compiles attendance and achievement data and generates required reports.
• Coaches and mentors staff, conducts performance evaluations, and addresses issues.
• Participates in recruitment and orientation of staff.
• Supports staff growth and development and encourages ongoing training.
