Job summary

Northwest Community Action Center is seeking a Part-Time 21st CCLC Site Supervisor for Granger Middle School in Granger, WA. The role involves creating after-school activities, coordinating program elements, and ensuring grant goals are met. This position requires program leadership, staff supervision, and community collaboration.

Approximately 17 hours per week with a pay rate of $31.16 per hour. Evening/weekend availability is expected to support meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or four years in program management in education or social services.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Two years' experience supervising staff and working with students.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates creation of after-school educational and recreational activities.
• Coordinates all local program elements for the 21st CCLC site.
• Ensures program goals meet contract and grant expectations.
• Coordinates with parents and community educators to boost literacy and English proficiency.
• Plans and facilitates Advisory Committee meetings per grant guidelines.
• Participates in staff training and performance evaluations.
• Assists recruitment and onboarding of staff.
