Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
• Proficient with word processing, email, internet searches and data organization.
• Strong interpersonal, oral presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Onsite work Monday-Friday with transportation and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student progress throughout the year using Chapter One's tools and assessments.
• Deliver personalized 1:1 instruction using Chapter One's structured model.
• Document each tutoring session using Chapter One's platform.
• Assign new practice activities during each session.
• Challenge students to reach new goals and celebrate progress.
• Maintain communication with managers, classroom instructors, literacy coaches, and administrators.
• Provide basic technology support for handheld devices used for independent practice.
• Analyze student performance data to inform instructional delivery.
