Responsibilities

Monitor student progress throughout the year using Chapter One's tools and assessments.
Deliver personalized 1:1 instruction based on Chapter One's structured model.
Document each tutoring session using Chapter One's platform.
Assign new practice activities during each session.
Challenge students to reach each new goal and celebrate student success.
Maintain ongoing communication with managers, classroom instructors, literacy coaches, and administrators.
Provide basic technology support for handheld devices used for independent practice.
Analyze student performance data to inform instructional delivery and accelerate learning.
