Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Experience using word processing, email, internet searches and data organization tools.
Strong interpersonal, oral presentation and writing skills.
Must have transportation and be able to work onsite Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Monitor student progress throughout the year using Chapter One's tools and assessments.
Deliver personalized 1:1 instruction based on Chapter One's structured model.
Document tutoring sessions using Chapter One's platform.
Assign new practice activities during each session.
Maintain ongoing communication with managers, classroom instructors, literacy coaches, and administrators.
Provide basic technology support for handheld devices used in independent practice.
Analyze student performance data to inform instruction and accelerate learning.
