Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring behavior technicians to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. This is a flexible, part-time role offering hands-on, high-impact work and training to help children build daily living skills and communication through play-based ABA therapy.

You’ll work directly in families’ homes, providing 1‑on‑1 support with consistent supervision from a licensed BCBA, and you’ll learn to track progress with an easy mobile data

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
• ABA experience a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (training provided)
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
