• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals under supervision, coworkers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of individuals released to parole in accordance with statute and policy.
• Conduct scheduled contacts and maintain required case contact standards.
• Develop, review, and update individualized case plans addressing criminogenic needs and stability.
• Use motivational interviewing and evidence-based practices to encourage positive behavior and accountability.
• Monitor compliance with parole conditions, treatment requirements, employment or education expectations, and housing.
