Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related experience in parks, recreation, or facility management.
• At least six months of experience in task supervision, team lead, or formal supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• General supervision of the facility, day-to-day operations and service standards.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Oversee facility maintenance and setup/takedown of programs and events.
• Use automated systems to create and process reports, inventories, rentals, and cash handling.
• Prioritize health, safety, and customer service standards for all customers and oversee contractual compliance of events and use of amenities.
• Promote a professional environment across teams and assist in staff meetings/events; may manage events or customer service at assigned location.
