The City of Coral Gables is seeking a Park Attendant to assist and direct park patrons, enforce park rules, and perform general maintenance across parks, fields, shelters, and facilities. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of related experience, and a valid Florida driver's license; the position reports to supervisory staff.

On-site work at municipal parks with duties spanning safety, cleaning, and customer service, and multiple park areas under city

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of experience in parks maintenance, park security, and/or customer service required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Assist and direct park patrons and enforce park rules and regulations.
• Perform manual labor and cleaning of facilities as directed by supervisors.
• Enforce park ordinances and issue or verify park/picnic permits where applicable.
• Conduct security checks and monitor parks, athletic fields, shelters and facilities.
• Prepare reports and respond to routine information requests.
