Lincoln County Parks Department is seeking a Parks Host Coordinator to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling for Park Hosts across Lincoln County parks. The role supports year-round operations, safety procedures, and volunteer coordination.

You will oversee host communications, maintain records, and assist with administrative duties including revenue deposits and inventory management. A hybrid work option is available within Oregon.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or professional certification related to parks or public administration.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and customer service in park settings.
• Ability to develop onboarding and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified Park Hosts.
• Coordinate training programs focusing on customer service, safety, and park policies.
• Create and manage host schedules across multiple park locations.
• Serve as primary contact for Park Hosts and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain records of host hours and performance evaluations.
• Prepare weekly campground revenue deposits and manage park supplies.
