Job summary

Required include two years of landscaping experience, Nebraska Pesticide Applicator certification, and a Class B CDL with N endorsement; also hoisting and forklift certificates. Benefits include a 40-hour week and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Two years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Two years of experience in installing or maintaining green infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Mows, edges, and trims grass in parks and city properties.
• Prunes trees and shrubs; mulches leaves and fertilizes as needed.
• Cares for ballfields and playgrounds; waters and maintains turf areas.
• Diagnoses plant health and applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
• Inspects grounds and reports maintenance issues; performs basic repairs.
