Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related experience, or eight (8) years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports and provides direction to Parking & Transportation team members and assists in development of program policies, procedures, assessments and evaluations.
• Monitors and measures service metrics and uses data to develop standards, improvements and changes to process.
• Trains, supervises, and evaluates parking staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Collaborates with university leadership on strategic initiatives to enhance transportation and parking services.
• Oversees on-demand, shuttles and golf cart transportation services.
