Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach seeks an experienced Parking and Transportation Operations Manager to oversee parking facilities, valet, shuttle services, and related programs on campus and off-campus sites. You will review workflows, supervise staff, manage vendors, and ensure safety, ADA compliance, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Six-Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt, CPP, IAHSS Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED Certification preferred.
• Associate’s degree required.
• 4 years of parking/transportation operations experience; 2 years supervisory experience; PARCS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-campus and off-campus parking operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused services.
• Supervise daily parking activities including self-parking, valet, employee, visitor, physician, special event, and designated parking programs.
• Coordinate employee shuttle programs, patient transportation initiatives, and contracted transportation services.
• Ensure compliance with ADA and Medical Center standards; monitor workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, accidents, and disruptions; develop corrective actions.
• Manage vendor performance, service levels, and contract compliance; lead safety and risk reduction efforts.
