Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Design Engineer to translate client needs into buildable, code-compliant site technology designs for Nexity PARCS and guidance systems. You will create 2D/3D layouts, validate feasibility, and work with Sales and Operations from pursuit through handover to installation teams.

The role requires CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), strong client-facing communication, and attention to detail across cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant engineering/drafting field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years' experience producing technical/engineering drawings for installations.
• Ability to read/wollow iinter inputs and ensure designs meet codes and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific technology designs reconciling site conditions, codes, and product capabilities.
• Produce 2D layouts and 3D models (lane layouts, equipment placement, sightlines).
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and contractors through design sign-off and handoff.
• Serve as technical reference during delivery and fielding questions.
