Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support the testing and deployment of parking technology, primarily PARCS, and to ensure consistent quality across software, hardware and networks. The role collaborates with engineering teams, contractors and customers to deliver reliable deployments.

Responsibilities include validating software releases, configuring equipment, and aiding in installation, commissioning and post go-live testing, with occasional travel and strong documentation

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing test plans for software releases.
• Strong ability to read logs, debug, and coordinate with software teams.
• Ability to interpret site requirements and configure hardware and back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the test lab to reflect current production hardware, firmware and software.
• Design and execute functional, regression and integration tests across hardware, firmware and applications.
• Provide field support for installations, including remote troubleshooting and go-live activities.
