Job summary

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. seeks an experienced Architect to lead parking design on East Coast projects. You will drive concept to construction document phases, coordinating with engineers and other professionals to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Licensed Architect with 10+ years in parking design, extensive code knowledge, and proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam. Travel to client meetings and sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) with professional architecture degree from an accredited program
• 10+ years of experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
• Proficiency using REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, static and immersive visualization tools, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative and functional architectural projects that align with client needs.
• Lead architectural deliverables on projects including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct construction administration activities such as responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and punch lists.
