Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance and conduct their day-to-day activities.
• Mentor, train, and supervise staff on procedures and tasks.
• Assist in establishing performance standards and implement procedural changes.
• Maintain premier customer relations with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Run daily revenue reports and other management reports as requested.
• Assist with periodic staff training as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Greet customers by name, be responsive, and develop rapport with the customer base.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
