Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Customer service experience beneficial.
• Experience in parking or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to promote teamwork and a strong customer service environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints; assist with accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and supplies; assist local management with cataloging.
• Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs; identify discrepancies.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety; report issues to local management.
• Perform attendant or cashier duties as needed.
