Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School degree preferred
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate effectively
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, overnight

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park
• Issue tickets to customers and record information
• Process exception transactions according to policy
• Complete daily shift paperwork and record metrics
• Maintain uniform appearance and greet customers
• Resolve issues and thank customers on exit
• May perform cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
