Shifts include mornings, mid-shifts, evenings, and overnight, with a garage/booth/office setting in Aurora, CO as noted in the eligibility section. The position requires basic math skills, a valid state driver’s license (site dependent), and unrestricted work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle money and perform basic math.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to all customers.
• Uses revenue control systems, completes accurate cashier's reports, and balances transactions at shift start and end.
• Manages inventory of operational supplies and informs management if restock is needed.
• Communicates clearly with employees and customers.
• Operates and monitors facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors; remains vigilant and reports safety concerns.
• Reports accidents, hazards, or maintenance needs to a manager.
• Recognizes potentially dangerous situations and responds safely.
• Participates in safety trainings; may perform light garage maintenance as directed.
• Maintains a clean work area; processes parking fees and related transactions accurately.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete and revenue tickets and coupons are accounted for.
