Job summary

Qualifications

• Part-time temporary role, up to 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance when answering parking lot phone calls from customers experiencing issues.
• Escalate complex equipment, access, or customer service issues to the appropriate staff member.
• Monitor parking lot security cameras for gate and equipment damage.
• Check and maintain parking equipment with paper and other supplies to maintain daily operations.
• Process daily and overnight visitor parking requests.
• Assist with processing event requests and preparing validation codes as needed.
• Assist with event parking as needed.
