Job summary

Ellis Parking Company in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a valet associate to warmly greet guests, provide professional valet services, and assist with belongings. This role covers parking, door opening, and helping guests in and out of vehicles. Shifts include weekends with competitive hourly pay at $15–$16.

Qualifications

• COVID vaccination is required at Corewell Health locations.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• No more than 2 points on driving record.
• No prior felonies.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Customer service experience and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a standing position and run/jog for hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and offer valet services.
• Open doors and assist guests with belongings or heavy items.
• Direct traffic in parking areas and help guests enter/exit the drive.
• Collect and label keys for guests to ensure return.
• Park guest vehicles in designated areas following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
