Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Internal Parking Auditor for the Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Resort. The role focuses on accurately collecting and reconciling revenue from the prior day’s cashier activity, coordinating with client accounting managers, and improving cash handling processes.

This position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to compliance. The Auditor will lead audits, report discrepancies, and assist with program improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Register/computer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting/billing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Examine cash handling and tracking for compliance with Towne Park plans and policies.
• Collect daily paperwork and review with current cashier; discuss events impacting revenue.
• Reconcile daily/overnight tickets, validations, and comps with facility reps.
• Input data into site budget/forecast files and analyze for deficiencies.
• Train and certify new cashiers to ensure position qualifications.
• Communicate performance issues and irregularities to management.
• Fix all over/short discrepancies in the system.
• Support cashiers and be available as needed.
