Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments — Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation — Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support — Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance — Check the lot regularly, report unsafe activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot Maintenance — Keep the parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer Service & Communication — Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication — Use radios, stay in contact with the team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance — Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional Duties — Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs.
