Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, organized parking experience. The role includes directing traffic, assisting guests, and maintaining records while upholding policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ticketing, payments, shift logs, and standard maintenance tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a clean background and reliable transportation. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records.
• Security and compliance: check the lot regularly, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles parked per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork and communication: use radios, stay in contact with team, support positive environment.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
