Job summary

Parking Management Company is hiring a dependable Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations. You’ll monitor parking activity, audit vehicles and revenue, assist guests, and help maintain a safe, organized facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and experience in parking, auditing, cash handling, hospitality, or customer service. Availability for day/evening/overnight/weekend shifts is expected, with overtime as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Parking, auditing, cash-handling, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability for assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue parking tickets, process payments, and maintain records.
• Complete vehicle counts, shift reports, ticket logs, and revenue audits; report discrepancies.
• Inspect parking areas and report hazards, equipment problems, violations, and suspicious activity.
• Assist guests with payments, parking questions, and directions.
• Keep parking areas and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain attendance, and perform related duties.
