Job summary

Reimagined Parking in San Francisco is seeking a Facility Manager to lead our parking operations across multiple locations. You will prioritize outstanding customer service, oversee staff, and drive profitability through careful budgeting and effective pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least five years of leadership experience in parking management, plus strong skills in marketing, business development, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in parking management.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Business development and strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Able to pass background check and eligibility verification (E-Verify).
• Authorized to work in the United States with required documentation.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities
