Job summary

Baylor University is seeking a Parking Field Supervisor to lead field operations of the Parking and Transportation team on campus. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules and events, and ensuring smooth daily operations to support students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and able to provide excellent service in a hands-on environment. A high school diploma with experience is required; a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of parking and transportation services; assign schedules and tasks to field staff.
• Coordinate and work on special events related to parking lots/garages.
• Maintain field supply inventory and perform maintenance activities as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for parking citation appeals and maintain records.
• Patrol and issue citations according to Baylor policies across campus.
• Assist with departmental customer service activities and other duties as assigned.
