Job summary

Metro Auto Parks is looking for an energetic Parking Attendant to maintain the lot, handle payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information on products or locations. You will respond to complaints and process refunds or exchanges as needed, keeping a clean workspace.

Based at Union Station West Wing, you will work with a team, require a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for revenue and cash handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong etiquette and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service and inquiries.
• Prepare accounting and cashier shift reports.
• Greet customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Help develop and implement strategies that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Supervise staff and manage merchandise.
