Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage a single parking location in Boise, ID. You will oversee daily operations, count money, reconcile deposits, and occasionally work the parking booth.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and strong customer service abilities. This daytime role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parking location.
• Train new staff when applicable.
• Create and schedule employees to ensure adequate coverage.
• Multi-task to keep all traffic flowing in and out of the parking lots and garages.
• Handle higher level guest complaints and issues.
• Liaison between site contacts and company management.
• Process cash or credit card payments for parking charges, reconcile balances, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Issue and manage on-site violations and/or coordinate removal of vehicles as necessary.
