Job summary

The Car Park is hiring an Entry Level Parking Ambassador in Boise, ID to help customers with entry/exit and to keep parking areas orderly. You will assist with directives from supervisors and ensure equipment is operational during your shift.

Ideal candidates show reliability, can stand for long periods, and perform duties diligently in varying weather. Benefits include PTO and paid holidays, with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to work day shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions.
• Punctuality and reliability in scheduled days.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to parking areas and assist customers with entry/exit.
• Perform vehicle counts to avoid overfilling spaces.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by supervisor.
• Screen parking lots for permits and enforce rules.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Use hand signals and lights to guide patrons to open spots.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Set up or remove barricades to control parking zones.
