Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an experienced location supervisor in Boise, ID to oversee daily parking operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth guest flow. The role focuses on reporting, cash handling, deposits reconciliation, and occasional booth duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and strong customer service skills, with basic computer proficiency to manage essential reports and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parking location.
• Train new staff when applicable.
• Create and schedule employees to ensure coverage.
• Multi-task to keep all traffic flowing in and out of the parking lots and garages.
• Handle higher level guest complaints and issues.
• Liaison between site contacts and company management.
• Process cash or credit card payments for parking charges, reconcile balances, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Issue and manage on-site violations and coordinate removal of vehicles as necessary.

WHO WE NEED

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of a single parking location. This position will focus on creating reports, counting money, reconciling deposits, and occasionally working the parking booth.

• Issue and manage on-site violations and/or coordinate removal of vehicles as necessary.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word with MS Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Previous customer service experience
