Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is hiring a Parking Ambassador for on-site operations in Boise, Idaho. You will assist customers, process entry/exit transactions, and ensure parking equipment functions properly while guiding traffic and counting vehicles.

Ideal candidates will deliver exceptional customer service, be reliable and punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions. This role offers opportunities to join a growing team and helps maintain smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable and able to follow verbal/written directions.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with entry/exit transactions and direct traffic.
• Count vehicles on site during shift to avoid overfill.
• Charge customers as directed by supervisor.
• Screen lots for permits and provide excellent customer service.
• Direct patrons using hand signals/lights to open spots.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately.
• Position or remove barricades as needed for parking areas.
