Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an Entry Level Parking Ambassador in Boise, ID to help with entry/exit transactions, direct traffic, and ensure equipment is operating properly. This role emphasizes customer service and efficient lot management.

You will assist customers, direct placements, and report safety concerns, working day shifts in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations in the United States. Join a growing team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
• Screen parking lots for permits.
• Supply exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
