Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees and schedule shifts.
• Monitor time and attendance tracking.
• Interview, hire, and develop team members with Ops Manager.
• Manage budget and control expenses.
• Conduct safety audits and coach staff.
• Maintain client documentation and Premier standards.
• Greet customers and answer parking inquiries.
• Proceed with performance evaluations and continuous improvement.
