LAZ Parking is seeking a qualified Facility Manager in Malibu, CA to oversee parking enforcement operations for the City of Malibu, year-round, with peak activity from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in parking enforcement and supervisory/management.
• Highly proficient in Office365 suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parking enforcement program and partner with the City to identify and prioritize enforcement locations.
• Ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations and service requirements.
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the daily activities and performance of the team.
• Foster a culture of safety by promoting best practices related to driving and patrol operations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction, contract retention, and business growth.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports as required.
• Lead and execute projects and special events as needed.
• Maintain communication with City Public Safety and other agencies regarding operational matters.
