Ace Parking Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team of parking attendants and ensure service excellence across daily operations. You will apply strong leadership and problem-solving skills to optimize performance, safety, and guest experiences.

You will assist the site Manager with staffing, training, policy implementation, and financial controls while maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming facility for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of parking management or related industry experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Assist with staffing, interviewing, selection, training oversight, supervision, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Maintain parking lot equipment and facilities and manage maintenance/damage control.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct evaluations; uphold professionalism and customer service.
