Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking attendants and ensure duties meet company standards.
• Assist with implementing work schedules and assignments.
• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct evaluations.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the parking area.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of park policies and procedures.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and address guest concerns.
