Job summary

EDIS Group is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to own a profitable parking operation within a growing portfolio. You will run day-to-day performance, coach a team of ~10, and drive financial success while pursuing new business and partnerships.

You’ll operate with significant autonomy, exposure to ownership, and a mandate to think and act like an owner—identifying opportunities to expand the real estate footprint and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive business or leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial performance.
• The ability to think in terms of revenue, expenses, margins and ROI.
• Exposure to commercial real estate, property management, operations, hospitality or a related business.
• Strong relationship-building and business development instincts.
• Comfort networking, developing opportunities and pursuing new business.
• Strong technology skills and an interest in using technology to improve operations.
• Willingness to be in the field and close to the business.
• High level of initiative, accountability and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 employees and own day-to-day performance.
• Manage financial performance, reporting and administrative functions.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and overall profitability.
• Manage vendors, contracts and property-related needs.
• Improve processes and operating efficiencies.
• Maintain a high level of accountability across the organization.
• Develop relationships with property owners, commercial businesses, developers and partners.
• Identify and pursue new parking management opportunities.
• Develop proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Stay connected to the commercial real estate market.
• Identify properties that could be acquired, leased or converted into profitable parking operations.
