Premium Parking in Kissimmee, FL seeks an Account Supervisor to monitor operations, assist guests, and support management. This role involves patrolling the facility, enforcing rules, and coordinating with Account Managers and Senior Agents to maintain safety and service quality.

You will document violations, process payments, and handle data entry for citations while ensuring professional guest interactions. Strong communication and time management are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must maintain professional image
• Preferred: 3 years of licensed driving experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Previous management experience in the parking, hospitality or service industry
• May be required to answer phone calls/emails/texts outside of regular business hours
• May be required to work at other locations as deemed necessary by their supervisor
• Bending, sitting and standing repeatedly; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push up to 100 pounds on luggage cart

Mansioni

• Patrol assigned area by foot, golf cart or truck to observe parking violations.
• Enforce location rules by issuing warnings or citations; arrange towing of abandoned or illegally parked vehicles.
• Respond promptly to customers to process payments.
• Record and enter data for citations including time, date, location, vehicle information.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times.
• Inform management of safety issues and incidents; report accidents.
• Provide traffic control when necessary; safely park cars.
• Oversee employee performance; provide guidance to staff.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
