Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Parking Operations Team Lead II to manage and optimize the campus parking and access teams. The role focuses on leading programs, guiding workflow, and driving quality improvements to enhance patient and visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Work experience in customer service, patient transport and body mechanic skills, and public/personal communications desirable.
• Trained in the use of personal computers using spreadsheet and word processing applications desirable.
• Previous work experience in a leadership role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support existing parking operation programs identifying areas for quality improvements, new processes and developing them.
• Provide direction and workflow to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for patients and visitors.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to coordinate parking and access services.
